A quilt finish!
This is a small lap quilt I made for my BIL and SIL last year. They were primarily responsible for my MIL's care in her last 2 years as a Alzheimer's patient in a nursing home outside Pittsburgh. We were 5 hours away and coudln't participate in her care as much as we would have liked. Just a thank you, as MeMaw's favorites were gardening and baskets!

The quilt is beautiful, not just the art, but the love behind it. Thank you for your kind encouragement on my blog post regarding my son, Jeb. (Or, maybe I should say, a nu, which is how it is said in Jebanese.)
Thanks for the kind encouragement. Good luck with your baby! If I can help in anyway, let me know.
A very lovely quilt and a sweet gesture for your family, Karen. It's nice to get to know you this way as we're stitching on the Fair & Square together! Deb
